“why invest in the city, and why its time to buy real estate properties in Bacolod City. • US has now committed to renewable energy and Negros Occidental is one potential location for renewable energy, based on there studies for renewable energy projects such as wind

and Solar farm. And Two of the

Negros Companies that Invest

in renewable energy are

Hawaiian Philippines Company

and Pepsi Cola Bottling

Company which would convert

there 10 plants in the country

into a renewable energy

consumer. And two other

foreign based Renewable

Energy companies has already

purchased large tract of lands in Negros for these projects. • Philippines now have an

annual quota of 13.5 % of its production in United States, and Negros is the largest sugar

producing island in the country. The Sugar prices are soaring high because of local demands.

To coup with the target quota, More and more Sugar Plants in Negros are upgrading to

increase production and minimized operating cost.

• Bacolod is the next Commercial and Industrial Hub in Visayas next to Cebu. Aside from its

accessibility of travel from Manila to Bacolod Silay Airport which is 8 times a day. Bacolod has

a large port accessible for large Cargo Vessels entering Bacolod City. • World Mining Industries are now flourishing, Demand for Mineral products such as Gold and

Silver are high, Negros Mining Operators in Negros and other Industries now resume

operations because of high demands. Negros has a large Deposits of high grade Copper, and

Gold.

• Sugar Centrals are now short of Bagass, Bagass are biofuel use for Boilers to drive the

turbine that produce electricity to energize the whole Sugar Central. Sugar central are making ways and searches other alternative ways to fuel there Boilers is there an Investor to help? • Bacolod have lots of Call Centers such as Teleperformers, Teletech, Convergys, Transcom,

Panasiatic etc, so its easy to do business assistance with out holding a private office. That's

because Bacolod is highly acclaimed as the Most Business Friendly City in the Philippines in

2007 to present. And a HALL OF FAME AWARD as the Cleanest and Greenest Highly Urbanized

City in the Philippines.

• Bacolod is now considered as the Information Technology and Business Process Outsourcing

hub of Western Visayas with the presence of 8 major call centers. • Bacolod City is the center of commerce and finance in Negros Island, Central Philippines. It

is a highly urbanized city of more than haft a Million people, and is the capital city of the

province of Negros Occidental. • Bacolod has been awarded as the cleanest and greenest highly urbanized city in the

Philippines, most competitive and liveable mid-sized city and home of the world-famous

Masskara festival and Festival of all Festivals Panaad sa Negros. • Bacolod is currently ranked fifth among the top ten "next wave cities'' (NWC) as declared by the Commission on Information and Communications Technology (CICT), and the Business

Process Association of the Philippines (BPAP). • Bacolod is the fastest growing Visayan site for Information technology (IT), Bacolod has 15
